Thanks for checking out my blog! So excited to share my world-adventures with you. Right now I am working at the Aghaozo Shalom Youth Village in Rwanda as a Jewish Service Corp Fellow. You can find more info in the tabs above!

A bit about me:

* My name is Arielle, 24 years old from NY. Most people call me "Sok" (cuz of my last name) which is where I got the blog title from
* Graduated from SUNY Bing in 2011 with a degree in political science. Favorite subject- politics of the Cold War. Ask any of my friends and they will tell you that I love the Cold war....its weird
* I LOVE chocolate and frozen yogurt. Unfortunately the yogurt can't be mailed in a package but the chocolate can...hint hint
* I've got the travel bug and I can't seem to stay in one place for too long. No matter what people say, there is no such thing as "real life" after college and I'm not postponing it! I love to learn from new people and I love to challenge myself through new experiences- that is as real as it gets!
* I am horrible at learning languages. Its a problem
